On the field, assisted hotels to achieve service quality and performance recognition awards including, TripAdvisor Hall of Fame and Certificate of Excellence award, HolidayCheck award, Agoda Gold Circle award and Expedia Best Overall Producer award. Also assisted the properties to receive Presidential Award for human resources development, and TraveLife Gold award for sustainable tourism and best practices.
